Arteche will begin trading on the main market of the stock exchange on February 2, after receiving approval from the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). This step will mean the simultaneous delisting of its shares from BME Growth.

The incorporation into the main market will be carried out through a direct listing, without the issuance of new shares or a public offering, meaning that current shareholders will retain all of their shares. From that date, Arteche shares will be traded on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Valencia stock exchanges, facilitating access to a broader and more diversified investor base, both nationally and internationally.

Since its listing on BME Growth in June 2021, Arteche has experienced very positive growth, with its shares rising in value by more than 470%, a strengthening of its governance, and a significant improvement in its international positioning. The move to the main market of the stock exchange represents a natural evolution of its business project and will strengthen the company's visibility, liquidity, and international profile among institutional and private investors.

Arteche is embarking on this new phase in compliance with the highest standards of transparency, reporting, and good governance required by the main market, while maintaining its dividend policy, with a minimum payout of 30% until 2026, as set out in its current Strategic Plan.
